I was an out-of-town guest in this Texas Office Max, needing to mail items back home to Georgia, as well as to purchase ink for printer. I was impressed with the ease in which I was able to locate all of the items that I needed. The store was very organized and clean. It was a shopping delight to be in your store.

I'm not in a physical store often, so it's awesome to receive great service when I do get out. The moment I entered the store, the young lady at the register acknowledged me. She had given another customer directions, so I figured I'd pick her brain as well when she asked why I read visiting. I quickly found what I needed and then browsed around. I was tempted to pick up a few office knick knacks, but I didn't. Even at the register, this young lady had quick chats with every customer and moved through the line quickly. Very impressive. I've got to shop here more often in the future.

I typically use the South Cooper and North Collins locations for all of my printing and the ALWAYS provide me prompt and excellent service - even while I submit a last minute rush print job. I always like going to either location. A VERY SATISFIED LONGTIME CUSTOMER!

The employees are what makes a Company and Luella was every helpful and you could tell that she wanted to be there to help. I don’t think she realize how helpful she was especially me with my three-year-old definitely with a toddler you can use all the help you can get and then some. So thank you extremely.

Like all stores, the products take up the great majority of the space providing and the purpose for a person to enter. But, it is the sincerity of the people working in that vast space to serve the customers that ultimately brightens the number of stars shinning above them. The people seen as well as those not seen by the public but are obviously doing a great job in supplying the products, keeping the shelves stocked and the store cleaned and everything necessary in order for the customer's ease and comfort in finding their needs or wishes. Thank you.

Employees are very rude and do not care very much about customer service. It does not matter if you are being helped first, you will have to wait while other customers get helped leaving you to wait. Plan on waiting about an hour at the print station and expect to not have any employee or even the manager's full attention while being assisted. My items didn't even get printed correctly. Items are overpriced, you can find most products on Amazon for much less. They also have no public bathroom so make sure you go before entering this place. Very unpleasant experience and will not be returning.
